He did not come to practice as he was so poor and had to sell fish on the road for his mother and father. Ben Rayan had visited his poor hut and  pleaded with them and told that 'you have an international rugby player so let him come to practice' He is Jerry and was named 'Rugby Player of the Decade' and last year Player of the year.Ben Rayan later became best 7's coach and now reside in UK -Sevens Haven- by Ben Rayan 2021 Women's team was beaten at semi's by NZ at extra time. NZ later won Gold beating France. Fiji got Bronze.Lesson - Good Coach can do wonders.This applies to sport, organization and finally even to a country. The opposite is also true.
