gym yaddi joka wenuwata supporter ekak adinna onada bn.

quora eke thibuna ona nae kiyalath- meka attheda ? No need. I have been free balling all these years Deadlifted and squatted over 500 and 400lbs respectively. Never needed any supporter. Don't listen to the idiots who say you're gonna get hernia if you don't wear one, that's just sheer non sense. Herniation occurs due to abnormal pressure on the abdominal walls, wall that are weak or in case of the disc, it occurs due to improper loading. No matter what kind of supporter you wear; if you utilise too much weight coupled with bad form, you're getting injured. The supporter isn't going to prevent this. It's just like how the weightlifting belt making companies design and manufacture their belts to be wide in the back thinking it supports the lumbar. It will not. The purpose of the belt is to stabilize the spine, the vertebral column not from the outside, but by increasing the intra abdominal pressure within. This pressure is what helps you get the weight up while keeping your VC safe from the shear force acting on it. The only solution is to strengthen your deep abdominal muscles called the transverse abdominis which wrap around your lower back and oblique region. These are your ‘natural supporting' muscles which needs to be strong and it can only be done through proper progressive training. Ab exercises help but nothing trains them like the way big lifts do. ------ Post added on [DATETIME="UT"]1736152623[/DATETIME]
