We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via ITSM tool, email, and phone.
- Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that IT needs are met.
- Install software on new or existing devices, in accordance with standard procedures.
- Assist users in obtaining access to systems.
- Utilize and maintain knowledge bases, white papers, FAQs
Required qualifications
- HND in any IT Related field.
- Minimum 1 Year experience.
- Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).
- Willing to work on weekends if required.
- Living within 15KM radius from the mentioned location.
Location- Battaramulla (Hybrid)
