Haha... No, I never broke a rule while I was living in Sri Lanka. So if a child doesn’t like the car seat, your solution is to just ignore the law and go without one? Seriously? How do you plan to handle that if you migrate and live in a different country? (I know you can't migrate )

And you're calling me a typical "bayya" and saying "rata hadanna bla bla"? You're the one promoting breaking rules and then trying to lecture others? I’m not living in Sri Lanka anymore. It’s people like you — who constantly ignore rules — that keep the country stuck in the third world

had similar situation. one kid doesn't like to go on. first days, when cries we stop the car when safe to do and take kid out and put back again. each time kid cries thats the procedure. few weeks after when kid cry, let to cry and kept drive. eventually they understand thats the way. because thats the law and we cant do anything about it. those are for your own safety.

when we go somewhere, there was instances that i had to drive two time both ways when my parents comes due to not enough space in the car. those are not even short journeys and sometimes its 45min drive time (think about going twice and coming back twice). even that i am not leave kids sit onlaps or elesewhere.
