That it the wrong thing. Who decided this price and that is reasonable and whether that was offered to others . I am sure if it was open for public bidding some would have offered even at nominal rates much lower that 7500. This had happend in other countries including Uk where 4 star hotel is used for 'rough sleepers' (people who sleep on the street) eg Rupert Prince Hotel in Shrewsbury.In order to prevent redundency lower rates would have been possible. But income will not go to SLPF supporter. This is the wrong govt did which over educated voters cant understand(non voter)</blockquote>
