How is that bad? dude they auction it off for peanuts. So the money comes from that is quite insignificant considering the cost to get new ones.

Now don't start whining saying "that is how government auctions works". If that is the case change the fucking law/procedure to get this sold for hire prices. This too is corruption. Most probably the people who buy it from auctions are friends of these guys. They get luxury vehicles for peanuts.
