DIG Kandy Gamini Navarathe said, the  Bhairawakanda, Primrose  hill, the areas in the vicinity of the Mahamaya  and Dharmaraja Viyalayas and the  Aruppola hill were prone to earth  slips. So far 40 earth slips have been reported in the Central Province   during the last few days.</blockquote>
