If your site was rejected for insufficient content then your site isn't approved, The 1st stage approval approves you, not the site.
Most recipe sites will get rejected by adsense since most aren't unique or original but if you didn't count the actual recipe directions, ingredients, & the images then your site wouldn't have much content at all.
Its more of an Ingredients site than a recipe site. Any half decent cook book would have a lot more content than this were the image takes up more space that the rest of the "content".
You also need to pass the threshold of having 6 months of content , in my mind you have 3-4 as though you kicked off in March there's nothing for April, May or June and then you picked it up again in July? Why?
It's just not up there vs the many millions of similar sites and no advertiser would really want to waste their money paying out to put ads on a site like this at this stage (and I am an advertiser so I speak for them)
Recipes I looked at don't make a lot of sense, and the spelling is pretty bad. If you are writing your own recipes, people have to understand what the ingredients are, what the recipe is actually for, and the directions have to make sense.
"Mayarnes" ... judging by some of the ingredients I suspect it's probably "mayonnaise"; and in the same recipe:
vingar (vinegar?) and yalk of egg (egg yolk?)
Other recipes give baking instructions simply as "bake in oven" ... what temperature and for how long?
I'm still trying to figure out what "greenpiece soup" actually is, or what kind of "vine" you'd put in the pineapple sauce (or why you want some sort of vine at all in it).
