Sorry but I disagree with you on this. They are extremely aggressive towards their neighboring countries and actively seeks for conflicts specially if they find out there are natural resources they want.

If you don’t believe me just google how they behaved when they found out there are Natural Gas reserves in deep South China sea.

They just claim international territories as their own willy nilly and claim other independent countries and lands as their own. China is USA in Asia but even worse. India is passive aggressive at worst when conflicts arises. Maybe it’s a tactical thing but they are not actively seeking wars as a country. Not talking about stupid South India but India as a nation is very silent given that they are also a power house in the world who has the power to flatten neighboring territories. They have political conflicts with every neighboring country except Sri Lanka but they don’t consider military actions as the first solution to their problems.
