බුද්ධාගම හරිම අවිහිංසාවාදී ආගමක්, ඒ හින්ද වෙන හැම ආගමකටම වඩා මම බුද්ධාගමට ගරු කරනව
ඒ වුණාට ජීවිතේ කියන්නෙ හරිම දුකක්, එකම විමුක්තිය සංසාරෙ ඉවර කරන එක, ඕවට තමා මම ආස නැත්තෙ
මම කැමතියි මේ සංසාරෙ සැපෙන් හැමදාම ඉන්ඩ නිවන් දකිනව කිව්වම හරිම දුකක් හිතට දැනෙනව

This is very common problem Buddhist people deliberately avoid. What happen after Nirvana. as a Buddhist I have the same problem

When there is no action there is no result.once you seized the reasons there is no result.This problem comes when you expect nirvana to be something.Nirvana is not a next step or a result.If you look at nirvana by logical mind it always wants to find a result.That is what the logical mind does.It needs a result for what you are doing.So the mind wants to see if i complete all these what will be the result of nirvana.There is no result.This is very hard for the mind to comprehend,because it is beyond the limitations of boundaries of logic.When reasons are no more there is no more result.It is not empty nor exist.

Nothing. Nothing is a thing. Energy cannot be destroyed. It will become another form of energy instead of a life related energy form. As a Buddhist, I have an answer for myself. Nirvana is a state that enough energy to transform it into another. We need to higher our energy in our life form to make it happen. For an example, a liquid to become vapour needs some exact amount of energy. Same goes to our life energy. If we higher our energy

මෙහෙම තමයි මම තේරුම් අරන් තියෙන්නෙ. අපි ජීවයක් ලබන්නෙ අපේ ශක්ති මට්ටම අනුව. අපේ ශක්ති මට්ටම මනුෂ්‍ය ආත්මයක් ලැබීමට තරම් උසස් එහෙත් ඊට එහා උපතක් ලැබීමට තරම් බලවත් නෑ. අපේ වගකීම තමයි අපේ ජීවිත කාලය තුලදි ඒ ශක්තිය වැඩි කරගන්න එක. ඒ ශක්තිය තවත් ජීවය හා සම්බන්ධ ශක්ති ප්‍රභවයකින් වෙනත් ප්‍රභවයකට සම්බන්ධ ශක්තියකට පරිවර්තනය කරගන්න ප්‍රමාණවත් ශක්තියක් ඇතිකරගන්න එක. ඒකට තමයි අපේ පුන්‍ය ක්‍රියා භාවනා වගේ දේවල් කරන්නෙ. ආශාවන් අඩු කරන තරමට ශක්තිය ඉතුරු වෙනව. අපේ ශක්තිය ආශාවන් මත්තේ නාස්ති නොකරගෙන ඉතුරු කරගෙන ඒක තවත් වැඩි කරගන්නව.

ඝණයක් ද්‍රව වෙන්න ශක්තියක් අවශ්‍යයි වගේ අපේ ශක්ති ප්‍රභවය ආලෝකය හෝ තාපය බවට හැරිල නැවත උපතක් නොලබන්න නියමිත ශක්ති ප්‍රමාණයක් ඇති කරගන්න ඕනෙ. ඒක ඇති කරගත්තම තමයි පරිණිර්වානය කියන්නෙ. ඒක ඒ මට්ටමට වඩා අඩු උනොත් නැවත තවත් කලලයක් පණගන්වනව. වැඩි ශක්ති මට්ටමක් තියන කෙනා හොඳ තැනකත්, අනිත් කෙනා ඒ ශක්තියට සමපාත වන ඊට පහත් තැනකත් උපදිනව. ඒකයි පිරිසක් පොහොසත් තැන් වලත් තවකෙක් දුප්පත් වෙලත්, තවකෙක් අඩු ශක්තිමට්ටමක් නිසා තිරිසන් වෙලත් උපදින්නෙ.පරිනිර්වානය කියන්නෙ ජීවයකට ජීවය හා සම්බන්ධ සක්තියක් ලෙස යන්න පුලුවන් උපරිම ශක්ති මට්ටම. එතනින් එහා ඒක වෙනත් ප්‍රභවකට පරිවර්තනය වේවි. නැවත එම ශක්තියෙන් ජීවයකට උපත දෙන්න, කලලයක් පන ගන්වන්න බෑ.
ශක්තිය වැඩි වෙන තරමට කලලයේ ධාරකයාට දරන්න අමාරු වෙනව. ඒ නිසයි සිදුහත් උපතින් පස්සෙ මහමායා දේවිය මැරුණෙ. අධික ශක්තියක් ඇති කළලයක් දරාගෙන සිටීම නිසා. ඉතින් පරිණිර්වානය ලබාගත් කෙනෙක්ට තියෙන්නෙ ඊටත් එහා ශක්තියක්. කිසිම විටක කලලයක් පණගන්වන්න බෑ. ඒක බෝහෝ විට පරිවර්තනය වෙනව වෙනම ප්‍රභවයකට. තවමත් මිනිසාට ගෝචර නොවන ප්‍රභවයකට.
