need some bunch of advice regarding this..just read,
What would happen when I drive along the road at reasonable speed and suddenly I see something just crossing the road.Then I push hard the brake paddle and give my full strength to stop the vehicle.this is the main part...the vehicle which comes behind me and hits right behind mine and the whoever in that vehicle gets seriously injured.
What would happen to me... ?

Just call your insurance guy, get your car inspected and get a report of it.. and GO HOME !

Its against the state law to own a vehicle without any form of insurance on it.

Then again.. if your vehicle is on a 3rd party insurance... YES .. legally you can claim it from the dead mans or womans' (being politically correct and not sexist here )

Unless you vehicle is substantially damaged due to the accident ., do you really want to go and bother a dead mans'/ womans' family about an insurance as a human being ????

(the point of mentioning both sexes is simply cause today I had a MASSIVE argument about how many genders are there ... fucking twits ! ... anyways... )

in situations such as the above said accident.. its up to your own morality on your further action.

I mean severe enough for the back of the vehicle for him to knock on me and die right.. anyway what if he/she also doesn't have insurance.. will the state or something pay?

what would happen if you were driving a lorry and they were in a scooty pep ... ... you would have a little scratch paint on your rear bumper and their brains would splatter on the ground...

anyways... thats besides the point

as for that you asked.. i am not really clear on WHAT SORT of insurance you are asking me about... is it Vehicle insurance or private self (life) insurance?
