I take one 400Mg Brufan..(better if you take catephlam) and one piritan and two panadol act fast and go to sleep(or be in a dark room)..First I get a vision problem and then followed by a headache for about 3 hours..Mostly this happens when I dont eat adequately in the morning and work too much..I can't look at bight lights and do not eat chocolates alone with out eating any other food.the exact cause for migraine is still unknown. doctors used to beleieve migraines were  linked to the opening and narrowing of blood vessels in the head. may be thats why you get a vision problem first.<a href="http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/tutorials/headacheandmigraine/htm/index.htm" target="_blank">http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/tutorials/headacheandmigraine/htm/index.htm</a></blockquote>
