මුල්ම න්යෂ්ටික අවි පරීක්ෂණයේ කේත නාමයයි , July 16, 1945 දින ඇමරිකානු හමුදාව විසින් මෙක්සිකෝව ආසන්න ප්රදේශයකදී මුල්ම න්යෂ්ටික අවි පරීක්ෂණය සිදුකරන ලදී. මෙය පිපිරීමේදී එහි ගිනිජාලාව මීටර 200 පමණ දුරට විහිදුනු බවට සදහන්.
නමුත් සැබැවින්ම ඒ මුල්ම න්යෂ්ටික අවි පිපිරුමද?

හින්දු දර්ශනයේ කියවෙන නගරයක් , මහාබාරතයට අනුව මෙම නගරය මහා පිපුරුමක්මගින් විනාශ වී ඇත. ඒ මීට වසර 2000 පමණ පෙර. මහාබාරතයේ කියවෙන පරිදි විමාන නම් වූ පියාබන යානාවක් මගින් මගින් මුලු විශ්වයේ ශක්තිය ඇත්තාවූ උපකරණයක් ගෙන සියල්ල විනාශ කර දැමූ බවයි.

ගිණිදැල් පිටකරයි හරියට ඉරවල් දහසක ආලෝකය මෙන් , මොහොතකින් එහි සිටි සියලු දෙනා අලුබවට පත්කිරිණි"
සැබවින්ම එය සිදුවූවක්ද, ඔව් , අවුරුදු 12 පමණ කාලයක් හින්දු දර්ශනය ගවේශනය කල ඩේවිඩ් නම් වූ ගවේශකයෙක් විසින් එම නගරයේ නටබුන් සොයාගන්නා ලදී , තවද එහි මිනිසුන් 44 දෙනෙකුගේ ඇටකැබලි සොයාගෙන තිබිණි.
මෙම සියල්ල පරීක්ෂාකලවුන්ට දැකගත හැකිවී ඇත්තේ මෙහි රේඩියන් ප්රතිශතය හරියටම න්යශ්ටික පිපුරුමක් සිදුවූ ප්රදේශයක ප්රතිශතයට සමාන බවයි , තවද මේ මිනිසුන් මරණයට පත්වී ඇත්තේද අධික තාපයකට නිරාවරණය වීමෙන් බවද පැවසේ.

as to be unrecognizable.
Hair and nails fell out;
Pottery broke without apparent cause,
and the birds turned white.

all foodstuffs were infected…
…to escape from this fire
the soldiers threw themselves in streams
to wash themselves and their equipment.”
