Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Administrator at SevenX Lanka (Private) Limited located in Colombo. The IT Administrator will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to technical support, network administration, system administration, troubleshooting, and information technology management.
Qualifications
Technical Support, Network Administration, and System Administration skills
Troubleshooting and Information Technology management skills
Experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
Certifications in relevant areas such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus
