    How are you?

Thank you for taking the time to contact eBay Customer Service. My name is ******, your eBay account specialist for today.

I understand how it can be frustrating to know that the item you listed was removed from the site. I appreciate your interest in selling the "*********************". I'll be glad to explain the situation.

As what was sent to your email, the listing was removed after the rights owner reported it. I understand that it may seem like we're taking sides when we remove a listing on behalf of a rights owner, but we remove the listings because we are legally obliged to do so.

Before we remove a listing, participants in our VeRO Program are required to send us a signed legal document stating that they own the intellectual property rights involved in the listing, and that the items offered or parts of the listing infringe on their rights.

Once we receive this statement, eBay must remove the listing. Buying or selling an item that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is against the law. Allowing a sale to take place may expose you, and us, to legal liability.

eBay isn't in a position to decide whether your listing actually infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights because we don't inspect the item and we're not experts in the intellectual property of each specific rights owner. If you believe a mistake has been made, please contact the rights owner directly if you haven't already done so. Here's the email address where you can contact them: ************.com

Although most VeRO participants are willing to respond to a polite email, please be aware that they aren't obligated to reply.

If you don't receive a reply within 5 business days, please contact us at ebay.com. We'll email the rights owner on your behalf and ask them to get in touch with you.

If you're able to resolve the issue with the rights owner, and they grant you permission to relist the item, you can do so from the "Unsold" section of My eBay.

Some rights owners have an "About Me" page where you can learn more about them, their intellectual property, and their infringement policies.

If this won’t yield any positive result, re-listing this item won’t be a good idea. Please find another item to list on eBay, ******.

I am positive that I was able to explain how important it is that you contact the rights owner to be able to list the items again. Your effort in having this issue resolved and for proactively communicating with us is highly appreciated.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for choosing eBay! We value your business. Take care and have a nice day ahead!

    Most Sincerely,

    Ruby A.
