Same as MR did other Ministerial. So he failed cos MS oppsed it. So MR disturbed it.    For eg:      1.  While giving Ministry of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing            and  Common Amenities to Wimal  ----> Urban dev gave to Gota     2.   While giving tourism ministry to one person ----> Its some power gave to Basil    3.  Introducing Divineguma project , MR tried to give power of controlling  ALL MINISTERIAL to his brother BASIL.   4. MR gave development project to relevant ministers but financial part was handle by BASIL. This was open secret on those days.</blockquote>
