රවුටරයක ඩේටා සීමා කිරීම ගැන උදව්වක් ඕනෑ!!!!

ප්‍රශ්නය - SLT ADSL router එකකි . එයට LAN Connection 3 ක් සම්බන්ධ කළ හැක. ඊට අමතරව wifi මඟින් ද සම්බන්ධතාවය ලබා ගත හැක.
මගේ ගැටළුව මෙම LAN connection වලට වෙන වෙනම DATA quota( Ex-1. 192.168.x.x - Monthly Quota 5gb) හා wifi connection වලට ද DATA Quota ඒ ආකාරයෙන් බෙදා දිය හැකි Softwares තිබේ ද? නැත්නම් වෙන වෙනම අදාළ පරිගණක වල data quota assign කරන්න පුළුවන් Softwares තියෙනව ද?

Yes.. The normal QoS settings will allow you to do bandwidth control only. I do not know who is your SLT router manufacturer but some devices allow you to control for each assigned IPs.
I am not aware of a cheap solution to your problem. But note that there are third party firmware upgrades available for many widely used home routers which will allow you do this. For eg search for Gargoyle - an Open source project. Good luck.

ඒත් ඕකෙන් පුළුවන් speed එක limit කරන්න විතරයි නේද? නමුත් මට ඕනි data quota limitation(GB/MB per month) එකක් router එකට සම්බන්ධ හැම connection එකකටම වෙන වෙනම බෙදලා දෙන්න.

proxy server eka haraha internet yanna set karanna, proxy server eken set karanna puluwa data limits.


router eke IP eka PC walata access karanna beriwenna network settings hadanna.
