ලංකාවේ රාජ්‍ය සේවයේ යෙදෙන්න දඟලන අය ගොඩක් ඉන්නවා.

නොයෙකුත් වරප්‍රසාද, විශ්‍රාමික වැටුප්, නිවාඩු, වෙනත් පහසුකම් යන මෙකි නොකී ගොඩක් දේවල් ගන්න දේශපාලකයෝ පස්සේ ගිහින් හරි වෙනයම් විදි වලින් හරි රජයේ රැකියාවක් ගන්න ගොඩක් අය ආසයි.

වාර ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර, දුම්රිය වොරන්ට්, නිවාඩු නිකේතන වගේ දේවල් මේ ලිස්ට් එකේ නිකන් හෝ නිකන් වගේ අඩු මුදලකට ලැබෙන ගොඩක් දේවල් තියෙනවා.

මේ සියල්ලටම අවුරුදු පතා ලොකු මුදලක් අයවැය මගින් වෙන්වෙනවා. පුදුම බරක්.

යානවාහන, ඉන්ධන, දුරකථන බිල්, ජලවිදුලි බිල් වගේ දේවලුත් යහමින් ලැබෙන අය ඉන්නවා.

තානාපති කාර්යාලවල සේවය කරන්න යන අයට, නිවාස, යානවාහන, පවුලේ උදවියට වියදම්, ගුවන් ටිකට්, ඉගෙනගන්න ජාත්‍යන්තර පාසැල්, අවුරුදු දෙක ඉවරවුණාම අඩි 20 කන්ටේනර් එකක බඩු එවන්න. මෙකි නොකී බොහෝ දේවල්.
හැබැයි රටට සේවය කරන්නේ ඉතාම අතලොස්සක්. අඩුගානේ වසරකට එක ආයෝජකයෙක් ගේන්නේ නැහැ.

මොනාද මේකට කරන්න පුළුවන්?

රජයේ සේවකයින් අනිවාර්ය විශ්‍රාම ගැන්වීම හෝ මුලික මුදලක් ලබාදී වෙනත් වියාපාරයකට යොමු කිරීම වගේ දේවල්.

ජවිපෙ ආණ්ඩුවක් අවොත් මේවා වෙනස් කරන විදි මොනාද?

දැන් ඉන්න ආණ්ඩු අලුතෙන් තව තව රජයට බඳවාගන්න එක කරන්නේ. අඩු කරන පාටක් පෙන්නේ නැහැ

Government servants never use even the warrants unless you are from outstation and use Train for travelling. See the colossal waste and corruption . I agree that govt service should not be like CTB where there were 12 persons for one bus but there were no drivers? This was suggested by Wanasinghe Commission. But MR, Wimal , Gampila and the lot did not like it similar to formula for price of oil!!
when govt stop recruiting it is only then it is good if others do it it become a politial slowgan!!

There are bungalows attached to every ministry and for forces. Monaragala, NÉliya, Kataragama, Anuradhapura etc. Not only ministers are booked other government servants also use those facilities. In fact, ministers are also part of government servants. Even pensioners are getting train warrants and at least 40% get utilized every year. Even in many countries, these govt servants are a real headache. Because the productivity is lesser than 50%.
The military is productive.

ලොක්කට යන්න වෙනම ලිෆ්ට් එකක් දෙන්න වෙලා, මේ වගේ දේවල් කරන නිසා යුනියන් කාරයෝ ගහන්න එනවා.
