What are the general rules you have in your relationship with your girlfriend/wife..
My experience; we have agreed not to lie to each other. Not even as a joke. That was about a decade ago and i have kept my promise so as she (or i was dumb so i couldn't catch her )

I think she wanted to know all your secrets.
From what I can see women and men see being truthfull as very different things.
Women have a rather more elastic definition of the truth whereas for men it is much more rigid.
