It seems that Russia doesn't want to end the Ukranian war, they want a protracted war.<hr />no they don't when we talk about stealth it is mainly RADAR stealth, MANPAD stands for man portable air defence those are mainly Russian made strella msl or stingers. to fire this you need to see the aircraft and it should be low or medium altitude. stinger is a good msl but Argon canister in stinger BCU  only cool seeker head for less than 1 minute so you have to find and lock target within that time if not you cannot fire the msl.
