to me Wijeweera is the shitttiest person next to prabakaran let me explain

Cheguvera and castro were heroes back then to the Cubans why? because they fought for Cubans against a brutal military regime of batista

Vladmir lenin was a hero to Russians why ? because he fought for Russians against tsar regime. The tsar family was prosperous while the Russians were starving.

in both most significant revolutions of the 20 th century the people revolted against a dictatorship or a military junta.
people were suffering from injustice and lack of social order among many other things.

wijeweera tried to imitate his role models.sure he did have the qualities and the personality but it was not the time to revolt.sri Lankan government was a majority ruled and democratically elected one. Simply there was no reason at all to provoke people for a revolution.it s true that people had issues but nothing like they had in Cuba or Russia.
so the result was a genocide ,a crime against humanity .
who should be held accountable ?
wijeweera must have known from the beginning that there would be lot of bloodshed and loss of lives, but he just did it anyway, he could have easily asked the question form himself 'is it worth it'? but he didn't .
who's fault is that?
now I m not a philosopher or any kind of political braniac.
but still I cant stand the people who give speeches at wijeweera memorial day. How do they find this person to be such a glamorous heroic personality when he couldn't even figure out the right time?
the nation lost lot of youth and spirit and I will hold wijeweera accountable for all of that .he is a criminal ,a mass murderer and the shittiest person next to prabakaran
