This looks like a hand bill , than an ad

You have a point. When my brother was in medical college in early 90 s, I used to send medical books from Australia. I used to get these books from one of best medical book shops in Melbourne called SPP, but most of the time those books are an edition older than the ones available in S/L.

Wow, I feel we were considered a country with a good education system.
But unfortunately we didn't progress from that level.
Now Australia print Australian editions of medical books.
