The Project is due to be completed within three years at an estimated cost of 25 million U.S.Dollars.The President discussed with the participants of the meeting the practical implementation of the project and the steps that need to be taken in the future.Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa, Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga and Secretary to the Ministry of Finance Dr. P.B. Jayasundera participated in the discussions.
