THEY ARE TELLING THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO US BUT NEVER GETTING BACK TO US THAT S THE SERVICE THEY GIVE...
WHEN I SAY I GOT FROM SUCH DEALER THEY SAID THEY NEED TO CHECK AND THEY DNT KNW AB SUCH DEALER AND (AGENT) THEY NEED TO CHECK ETC...

even sound and picture quality is not that good . when i asked that from agent he said funny thing. " he replied they are giving it for low price so cannot expect excellent quality .
wt a funny story after buying the connection paying over 4000 . thats the service they gives.
if this is at the start i cant imaging how they will treat us when grows (hoefully will not grow)

Tv lanka digital pay tv

i got this on august 2012.i spoke to agent but they asked more money to fix it.then i call directly to tvlanka they send guy to fix it free of charge or fix it yourself they reduce the price.when they fix it they said still we are testing you can use if free of charge till future notice.earlier they broadcast mgm,movies now,colours,channel but now,as customer request they add new channels and remove some of channels.tv lanka is very helpful when i have issue i directly call them.i had signal issue and i call them they said they will send some one to check or if you urgent bring your settop box to ratmalana.i took it and they fix booster to it within 20 min. i'm very happy about their service.as per my knowledge anyone cant give 100precent service when they start new company or service.if you get indian dish also you should face some issues,its normal.they are the licence satallite service provider since long time.i dont think this is a illigal operation bcoz they get long time to change their channels when i asked them they said they must get that channels legaly from videocon d2h.recently they removed tnl and siyatha tv but didn't add any channels for replacement.they said their going to double their bandwith (now 8) then they can broadcast 80 channels but they going to give 60 channels and increase channel quality.my advice is any one have issues call directly tvlanka,agreement is a not a important thing if they know you they will help you all are human,we can forget,we have possibleities its the truth.anyway they doing this well.hope in future give much benefit to customers.

I can't understand wht is the different between indian and singapore transmition can you explain it to me.as we known some films they broadcast match to india but all of them are interesting english movies.when you watch match like channel,star cricket hd they oftenly did't broadcast advertisements its better than csn(bcoz they didn't broadcast last ball of the every over).there are most valuable programmes to watch in animal planet, discovery sc,history tv18,ngc and fox traveller,foot ball priemier leuge like barclays show in espn every night if you want to real entertainment i cant see any different between indian and sigapore transmmitions.i tell you something,who brought this connection in 2012 their rental only 490/= others who buy in this year it's 600/=.i think in future also they don't change that rental for buyers in 2012.every thing developing day by day i hope this not a worst invest in future.
