1. Please follow below mentioned steps to get the revenue license via web.

Step 1: First you need to register with www.srilanka.lk (To do this, use the "Create Account" button in the "Sign In" section of the srilanka.lk home page.)

Step 2: Once you have finished creating an account, you will be getting an email having a system generated password. (If the mail is not in your InBox please check it in the "junk/spam" folder as well)

Step 3: Sign in to the srilanka.lk account using your email address and the password which you have received.

Step 4: Add ' e-Revenue Licence' Portlet by clicking: Add Services -> Government Services -> e-Revenue Licence -> e-Revenue Licence (Click on 'Add' or drag and drop the 'e-Revenue Licence' on to My Space.)

Step 5: Click on either 'First Licence' or 'Renew Licence' option in the e-Revenue Licence Portlet ('First Licence' option is to get the very first revenue license for a newly registered vehicle.)

Step 6: Select the Province and enter the required details.

Step 7: Confirm the vehicle owner name and the vehicle registered address

Step 8: Select the Insurance company and validate the vehicle insurance policy

Step 9: Select the emission test company and validate the emission test certificate

Step 10: Make the payment using a credit/debit card. (AMEX cards are not supported and only certain debit cards are supported)

Step 11: Print the temporary revenue license by clicking the 'Print Receipt' button in the final screen after the payment is successful

Step 12: You will receive the original revenue license via registered post within 7 days.
