I do have many e-Studio devices but never came across this problem. Bad luck. You need the Main Engine update and the Scanner update.
The only way is to try to reload from USB..after downloading the proper packages for your model. Then Turn power ON while pressing 4 & 9 buttons together.
Otherwise you need the jig board (only Toshiba technician will have this)

මේක තමයි පෝට් එක කලු පාටින් තියෙන එක ඒකෙන් තමයි මම හිතන්නේ ජේටැග් කරන්න පුලුවන් වෙන්නේ හෙල්ප් එකක් දියන් ලොකු දෙයක් මචෝ

In any case you need the jig board. Also possibly a ROM burner to set up the jig board. You have to call Toshiba service. Sadly no easy way.

It doesn't say jtag... It tells you use Eng ROM jig. This is what I told you ...
It's a card from Toshiba that allows you to blow the firmware straight away by connecting directly with the photocopier. This card contains the ROM which has to be programmed first to suit your copier model. Hope you understand.
