A friend of mine was working there,so I know. Bro migrated to another country to work in another airline about 2 years back. Those fellows are in high demand.

Not the best. SLA has so many grounded planes due to service issues, flight audits found many issues with servicing of planes few years ago.
Only reason they haven't crashed, is because they don't fly much.

I don't know how to tell this in a way for you to apprehend. I'm not saying we have the cutting edge aircrafts here in Sri Lankan. What I'm saying is our folks at Sri Lankan maintenance and pilot jobs are talented and up there with some of the best in the world.

I have a friend who was working at Sri Lankan maintenance. He's there no more because he went to another airline. I know the demand these folks have. Same for pilots of Sri Lankan airlines.
