No reason to assume we have exceptional pilots. If that was the case bigger airlines would offer them higher pay and acquire them.

We have less flights, so chances of seeing any accidents are less.

They do hire Sri Lankan pilots, pilots are hired based on their flight hours, you don't know about this subject.

If a pilot has the relevant licenses converted to that country's license and they have enough hours, they get hired. They don't seek out anyone nor do they go after a specific nationality or ethnicity. The only ones who do the chasing in the aviation industry are the pilots not the airlines.
