Very strange because a Vezel shouldn't knock at 92 at all let alone

But Honda recommends "regular fuel" which is "89 RON or above" going by Japanese standards so knocking shouldn't occur even if it's 89RON, besides I'd hazard a guess that it could go even lower because it has knock sensors - for example Mitsubishi "recommends" 95 or higher for the Lancer but says petrol higher than 90RON is "compatible" because the knock sensors would retard the timing accordingly

In Japan regular fuel can be anywhere between 89 - 95 and those Honda engines are pretty sensitive (not just engine everything about Honda nowadays). For the Outlander it's also regular fuel and compression ratio is 10.5:1 so even 90 is enough for that.
