After the the initial chaos of the disaster is managed and things have settled down, a thorough and transparent inquiry needs to happen into everything that took place during the entire month of November, with regard to this calamity.
First to find out if whether the Govt or any of the relevant authorities dropped the ball at any moment of the crisis and secondly to put measures in place as to better face such a natural disaster in the future.
