Message: <blockquote data-quote="monson" data-source="post: 23747951" data-attributes="member: 30005">අයි.සී.සී. දූෂණ මර්ධන ඒකකයෙන් සනත් ජයසූරියට චෝදනාඅන්තර්ජාතික ක්‍රිකට් සභාවේ දූෂණ මර්ධන ඒකයයේ නියමයන් උල්ලංඝණය කළේ යයි කරුණු දෙකක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් ශ්‍රී ලංකා කණ්ඩායමේ හිටපු නායකයකු මෙන්ම තේරීම් කමිටු සභාපතිවරයකුද වන සනත් ජයසූරිය මහතාට චෝදනා එල්ල වී තිබේ.අද (ඔක්තෝබර් 15 වැනිදා) සිට දින 14 ක් ඇතුළත ඒ සඳහා ප්‍රතිචාර දැක්වීමේ අවස්ථාව සනත් ජයසූරිය මහතාට දී තිබේ. ඔහුට එරෙහිව චෝදනා ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත්තේ පහත සම්බන්ධ කාරණා සම්බන්ධයෙනි. 2.4.6 වගන්තියසාධාරණ හේතුවකින් තොරව අන්තර්ජාතික ක්‍රිකට් සභාවේ දූෂණ මර්ධන ඒකකය සමග සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතු කිරීමට අපොහොසත් වීම හෝ ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීම. දූෂණ මර්ධන කටයුතු සම්බන්ධයෙන් පැවැත්වෙන පරීක්‍ෂණයකදී දූෂණ මර්ධන ඒකකය විසින් ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටින ලේඛන හෝ නිවැරදි තොරතුරු සම්පූර්ණ වශයෙන් සැපයීමට අපොහොසත් වීමද මෙම කොටසට ඇතුළත් වේ. 2.4.7 වගන්තියඅන්තර්ජාතික ක්‍රිකට් සභාවේ දූෂණ මර්ධන ඒකකය විසින් කරනු ලබන පරීක්‍ෂණ සඳහා බාධා කිරීම හෝ ප්‍රමාද කිරීම, ඒවායින් ආවරණය වී සිටීම, අදාළ ලේඛන නැතහොත් එවන් දූෂණ මර්ධන නීති යටතේ පරීක්‍ෂණවලට අදාළ හෝ සාක්ෂි වශයෙන් ගතහැකි ලියකියවිලි වෙනස් කිරීම හෝ විනාශ කිරීම.මෙම චෝදනා සම්බන්ධයෙන් පිළිතුරු දීම සඳහා 2018 ඔක්තෝබර් මස 15 වැනිදා සිට දින 14 ක කාලයක් ජයසූරිය මහතාට තිබේ. එතෙක් ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් අන්තර්ජාතික ක්‍රිකට් සභාව කිසිවක් ප්‍රකාශ නොකරනු ඇත - අන්තර්ජාතික ක්‍රිකට් සභාවේ මාධ්‍ය නිවේදනයකිSANATH JAYASURIYA CHARGED UNDER ICC ANTI-CORRUPTION CODE The International Cricket Council (ICC) has charged Sanath Jayasuriya with two counts of breaching theICC Anti-Corruption Code. Mr Jayasuriya, the former Sri Lanka Cricket Chair of Selectors, has been charged with the following offences under the Code: 1.     Article 2.4.6 – Failure or refusal, without compelling justification to cooperate with any investigation carried out by the ACU, including failure to provide accurately and completely any information and/or documentation requested by the ACU as part of such investigation 2.     Article 2.4.7 – Obstructing or delaying any investigation that may be carried out by the ACU, including concealing, tampering with or destroying any documentation or other information that may be relevant to that investigation and/or that may be evidence or may lead to the discovery of evidence of corrupt conduct under the Anti-Corruption Code. Mr Jayasuriya has 14 days from 15 October 2018 to respond to the charges.
