It’s was a very wise & “must-do” turning point of state decisions in the era of "before our independence". It has done many good things to our country, indeed.   However, even after 70Y+, at certain areas in Free-Education system, we have been unable to achieve internationally accepted levels/standard. Just forget King’s era, considering the free education system, I’ll give you 2 examples :  1.       We have been unable to develop an internationally recognized theory/formula or even an idea in any field of knowledge.  2.       Even though, we tell thousand and one boosting stories, we have been unable to make a internationally recognized university yet.        What I need to say is : CWW’s decision was correct, but system is to be restructured and some of it's fundamentals have to be changed ASAP…   </blockquote>
