My previous phone Sony Z1 had some issues with systems crashing and lag issues, which kinda made me lose confidence in Sony, but i gave them another chance as i really love their camera. My current XA1, bought last june 2017, was the biggest regret in my life.
The same old issue persisted, systems crashing, apps crashing, lag is another small issue which i came to accept.
Camera, yes it is still up to my expectations as i love photography a lot. BUT the system and apps issues has made me so mad, i am not gonna be another Sony user. I've tried upgrading the system, restoring to factory setting, all are useless. Most probably a hardware problem or something else, i dont care.
Im not the kind of person who relies on expert reviews when it comes to getting a new phone, i go to user reviews as it is them who use the phone the most. To everyone out there, specs and expert reviews are one thing, but user experience is the most important. Heed my advise, go get something else. Even my older Vivo phone is working fine. Sony, im sorry.
