People who want Kusal again should check his record on fast tracks. Let alone fast tracks he was a big failure even on sub continent pitches. Kusal Perera is a big overrated over hyped player whose inclusion to the squad irrespective of numerous failures was the biggest reason for our problem at opening slot.

He is a middle order batsmen in domestic cricket and he has performed very well in it.I know domestic and International are 2 different things.but he is attacking batsmen with proper cricketing shots.Thats what we need in no 6 or 7. The only worrying thing is he hasn't done well in recent past.on that basis I am sure selectors won't select him.can't blame though.and I agree he hasn't grabbed the chances given to him by both hands.

Sure you can't compare KJP with Maxi.But bro the way Maxwell performed in his early matches , no one would have liked him. he just started to go bang bang from the word go and failed over an over.only in past 6 months or so he started to perform. but CA gave him chances regularly and now he has become one of the most attacking batsmen in INTL cricket.Same can be done for Kusal too.I mean we should give him more chances.if not the opening slot at least the middle order.

Ya comparing with STJ was the biggest mistakes we did.It just gave him too much pressure I think.
