He managed nz team with minimum resources.with whatever thir mediocre batting line up got he  made opponent feel its a tuff chase with mostly with only one int standard bowler.my fav innings of his  is innings he płayed against sa in 2003 wc match chasing sa "s 320 plus score one hell of a innings that was.he decided to chase 280 in a test against 4 th innings against aus with mcgrath lee gilepse n warne  in d attack in 60 overs o so felt just 10 behind n was a draw thats d attitude we need  .head coach no longer a technical job there r batting n bowling n fielding coaches n head coach shud bring strategies  aspects n put a plan  to utilize talents in best possible way.</p></blockquote><p></p>
