Message: <blockquote data-quote="Hashan dis" data-source="post: 19393425" data-attributes="member: 124785">MY VOYAGE OF 44 YEARS! The final of 44 years of aviation, 1 year as a aircraft mechanic and 43 years in a airplane cockpit office, came to an end. My last duty started on Runway  Paris Charles de Gaulle and ended  landing on runway Colombo airport Katunayake after  hrs and minutes  later.  Sure I am going to miss the blue sky. I am relieved ; so happy it all ended without regrets or worries; most  importantly so happy I could take good care of all of my beloved  passengers.  Enjoyable & fruitful, I am glad and grateful to God; Enabled me to do my most important task; take good care of my family. I am happy.  I have the same happiness and feeling as if returning home to my wife  and children after a flight of many days. I Thank The God Almighty I  always had a lovely home to return to. I am going to have the longest coffee break, as someone called it and have a long long chats, whom I longed to do with.Capt.
