I saw some parts of this being published (not here). He was grand father of  RW and the copyright had expired now as he died in 1950 at the age of 64. This is a sinhala book but gives some sarcastic twist to what was happening at the time of independence. This has some relevance to today.</p></blockquote><p></p>
