They had foreign trips, parties, events workshops and many more under the guess of introducing alternative for Polithin bags. Till no alternative is commonly available in the society. But lunatic government is order to charge burden on poor consumer with another cost.
Is that the best solution for Polithin issue..what idiotic rulers are them?

Reducing usage is the best approach to control anything, not banning it. The main governing rule to reduce consumption is implementing a tax. The government should actually impose a tax on polythene manufacturers, which can then be passed on to consumers. However, this method can be faulty, as supermarkets may earn double profits. Nevertheless, gradually increasing the shopping bag price is necessary to reduce usage. Banning gives dramatic issues like what happened to turmeric in Gota's regime.

We cannot implement anything forcefully without using government funds — even recycling plants. If we try to install them forcefully, we will again have to pay for it through our taxes. The best approach is to create value for polythene; then consumption will automatically decrease, alternatives will enter the market naturally, and finally, recycling plants will start automatically through the private sector.
