I studied it for 72 days, for around 3 hours a day. No, I did not attend any class. Don't waste your time and money. However, I wrote seven essays and tested with an IELTS teacher. I'm busy now. That's why I didn't post my experience here. I will share my experience in depth after this. But in the meantime. Listening I completed exercises from book 17 to Book 05 (1.2* speed) I listen to podcasts daily when I travel (1.2* speed) Reading I have completed exercises from book 17 to Book 05 (Timed exactly as IELTS and marked exactly like real IELTS) Read 30 minutes of an interesting book via mobile phone (Not PDF, EPUB ) Subscribe to the NEW YORK TIMES and read two articles per day (400 LKR MONTHLY ) Speaking I collaborated with my friend and spoke in English every day. Also, I joined language clubs on Reddit and discord. and practice with the latest edition of Makkar Book Writing First and foremost, I need to know my writing level. Therefore, I wrote two essays and sent them to IELTS teachers. Also, I took several free online tests to figure out my level. Then I focused on my mistakes and tried to improve them daily. I started writing a day journal. I started this thread to practice writing and the same time, help you guys. but not successful here. Therefore I went to Reddit. Also, I did practice some touch typing techniques to improve my typing speed. Actually, this is a very brief summary of what I did. I will talk about this in depth later. If you need any specifics, please ask here in this thread. PS: I did computer-based IELTS and had the best experience with the British council Colombo.
