I’m not talking about Sri Lanka though. Traditional certificate based education is declining with the importance of experience. Because if you can expert the way of learning, you can score high in exams. But, that doesn’t mean that you’re capable showing a similar level of performance at work.But, if you’re planning to migrate, you better have a recognised certificate.</blockquote>
