150millon doller broadband project

This will vasly improve sri Lanka's devlopment. The project should not be awarded to slt or dialog or airtel , but must be given to ericsion cus they have the technology to 4gb to home in sweden. Slt and dialog will use its fibire network cut costs. What we need is independant fibire backbone. airtel will subcontract it does not have the know how .
