20-40/HPF pus cells in urine test, what could it mean? Which type of infections could bring this condition?

My other symptoms are-
Feeling faintness while standing for few mins,
Headache,
Abdominal pain in my right side,(Right Iliac region)
Feel like my eyes are burning,
No appetite for food,
Hard to swallow food..
