3DS MAX small help!!!

Im new to 3DS max

When i was doin a serious operation
I dunno how
but
u know the arrows come from the mouse point, pointing all axes when its movin/resizing/rotating an object???
I mistakenly disabled those arrows

So can u tell me how toget them back????

PS: Im new to 3DS max
So plzzzz help me!!!!

Its called GiZmos
I only had to enabe it in the preferences!!!
