So they will back you when releases are fucked up in production. </li> </ol>If you are a Talented one my estimation for QA salary like below<ol> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">Starting ( AQA ) - 30,000 +</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">2 Years experience QA - 60 000 +</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">3 year experience QA - 80 000 +</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">4 year experienced SQA 100 000 +</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">5 years + SQA or AQL 150 000 =+</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">QA leads 180 000 +</li> </ol></blockquote>
