Lanka e news ekatanam hena happy wagey wadeta.................

When there's a war, loss of lives & damage to property is imminent, we should be willing to accept not only victory, but setbacks like this as well.........hope this is only a minor setback!!!! There is nothing fancy or glorious about a war, but, bloody & cruel, so gear up your self to hear more of these, if you are willing to reach the ultimate goal of eradicating terrorism..........

The LTTE has claimed that the Air strike on Tuesday targeted the Eastern Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Navy located in the inner harbour of Trincomalee.

An LTTE statement claimed that at least 4 sailors were killed and more than 35 wounded in the air strike.

The aircrafts safely returned to their base after carrying out their mission, the LTTE said.

The Tigers issued photos of the Air Tiger fighters with LTTE leader Velupillai Prabhakaran.

LTTE terrorists launch abortive air raid at Trincomalee navy camp

LTTE terrorists launched an abortive air raid at the Trincomalee Naval base last night (Aug 26).
According to Navy sources , the navy base was alarmed on an approaching terror aircraft by Sri Lanka Air Force around 9 PM. After few minutes, naval troops detected the aircraft and engaged it with anti air guns . The machine gun fire caused the aircraft to make away without entering into the naval dockyard, said the sources.
However, the terrorists managed to drop two improvised bombs into the navy camp. The sources said that only one out of two bombs was exploded. 10 sailors suffered injuries due to the explosion.

    All the best!

Lot of noices from SLA like they are surrounded. They can't move. They will be finished soon. :D

Now they just dropped two bombs into the Eastern HQ and told that everyplace in lanka can be entered. Once monsoon starts all SLA weapons will go to their arms with small effort and loss. Since they are moved inside the unknown territory and the unknown strength of praba.

All the best SLA. Wait & See the progress.

Probaganda victory will not help SLA to succeed in this war. Capturing the vacant jungle is not a victory.
