512 kbs connection true??

Hey guyz wy da h*ll is the 512 kbs slt adsl connection does not gv the full speed>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This sh*t is only gving upto around 58 or 56 kbs only.........

Do anyone know the reason for this????????????


Mostly the down speed goes down to 25kbs

yeah thats the full speed bro u have to calculate like this 512/8
so its 64 KB/S

u mean 512kbps connection. it means 512 kilobits per seconds not 512 kilobytes!!
so u must divide it by 8 to get the kBs second which u will see when u download that is 64kBs, So u re getting around 60 so no problem!!!

These days im in dubai ... here for a 512kbps connection most of the time you are getting a downloading speed more that 60 ..... ( < 60 ) !!!!!!

Machan 512kpbs mean 512 Kilo Bits per Secend..
divide kilo bits into kilo bytes.. then ur speed is 64kilo byte per second.. but any network don't give full of speed to anywhere...
