An administrator account for me and a limited account for my cousin.Because he's trying to access my files,  I made all my files private to my account.recently I formatted drive C and Re-installed windows.But after that I cant Access my files in drive D .All of the files are there, But  when I try to open them, I get the message''File cannot be accessed. Make sure your file isn't write - protected, or the file is currently in use.''I get this message only in drive D. Other partitions are working normally.What's happening? Is the computer asking for the previous user account?If so, How can I prevent this and access my files again?</blockquote>
