(if they fail, there will be a fine) . so we also will be able to renew our ID if they change to an Chip ID, but what i'm scard of is.....that not know how long our srilankan governament office need to do this...maby will take life long...! For information: with this new chip id HK people dos not need there passport to come & go from HK immigration, they used there fingerprint. i also have one.</blockquote>
