JVP wants life security for military leaders

JVP parliamentary group leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake is expected to make a statement in parliament today asking the government to ensure life-time security for retired military leaders by introducing new laws to this effect.
Mr. Dissanayake said he was making this statement taking into consideration the present political developments in Sri Lanka.
