Losing gear is part of the perils of travel, though it’s especially painful to get a camera stolen since they’re so expensive. Now a website called Stolen Camera Finder says that it has a way to track down your lost goods. You can drag a drop on of your photos into it, and it’ll sift though the data in your photos to see if there are any other photos on photo-sharing websites that have been shot using your lost or stolen camera. Will it work? Who knows, but even if it does you might not want to know whose dirty hands your lost goods have fallen into. After all, it’s not like the site goes and beats up the guy who took it.
